Our team thoroughly inspects every book before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Due to this rigorous process, the chances of a “Different Product Delivered” are less than 1%.

Please read our return and replacement terms carefully before placing an order:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Wrong Book Received: Returns or replacements are strictly applicable only if the book delivered to you is different from the one you ordered.

• Final Sale: Except for the delivery of a different book, we do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements under any other circumstances (e.g., change of mind, accidental orders, or slight handling marks).

2. Return Shipping Process

If you have received a different book and wish to return it, you must ship the product back to our registered address.

Important Instructions:

• Shipping Method: We only accept returns sent via India Post. Returns sent through private couriers will not be accepted.

• Shipping Charges: All return delivery charges must be borne by the customer. Gemmecart will not reimburse shipping costs.
