At Gemmecart, we strive for your satisfaction and follow a fast return policy to avoid any hassles in case you receive wrong, damaged, or simply the products you don’t like. 

What is Gemmecart Return Policy? 

Gemmecart follows a 7 days return policy. You can return your products within 7 days of their delivery. 

What is the Gemmecart return procedure? 

Follow the steps below to return your package:

  1. To initiate the return procedure, you must drop us an email at support@gemmecart.com mentioning the reason for your return within the 7 days of receiving your order. 
  2. Ensure that the return order contains the original packaging, product tags, and invoice. Pack the order safely so that it reaches our warehouse in its original condition. 
  3. If you have received a damaged/wrong accessory package, we provide all our customers with a return pick-up. However, if your reason for return differs from the one mentioned above, then you can address the return package to:

  1. Notify us of the couriered package via email, mentioning your original order ID number,  Waybill Number & the respective courier for the returned consignment details.
  2. After receiving your return package at the Gemmecart warehouse, we will notify you about your refund within 15 working days. 

How can I cancel my products? 

Until your jewelry package has not been processed from our end, you can choose to cancel it by contacting us through email or call. Once your package is in the shipping process, you will have to wait for its delivery to return it within 7 days of its delivery. 

How can I exchange my products? 

You can exchange your products by sending us an email at support@gemmecart.com or calling us at 9057697390 within the 7 days of your order delivery. 

Why was my return package returned?  

You must note that we conduct a thorough quality check when you return an item. Please make sure that the items are in their original condition and unworn. In case we suspect a quality issue, chances are that your return request might get canceled. 

Can I return or cancel custom-made orders? 

No, we do not exchange/return customized orders. 

When will I receive my refund? 

Once we receive your Gemmecart return package at our warehouse, our team conducts a close quality check of all the items. We process the refund only after the purchased items match the original quality. The refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 Business Days.

If the products received are not in a sellable condition, the package will be sent back to you, with no refund being processed against your return request.

After your return package proceeds with the quality check, you will be informed about the refund details over an email within 7 days. 

How are Gemmecart refunds processed? 

All refunds will be processed in the mode of original payment. In case of COD orders, refund will be processed as Gemmecart credits.

Refunds are processed immediately after a quality check. However, it might take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. The refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 Business Days. The Gemmecart delivery partner refused to pick up my return. What to do? 

Currently, we only pick up return packages of damaged/wrong products. If you are returning your products due to any other reason, you can address your return package to:
