Orders from Gemmecart are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day. You will receive an email/Whatsapp message with tracking details once your order is shipped. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly and provide information regarding the delay.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email/Whatsapp message with the Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
ORDER DELIVERY
Our logistics partners usually deliver shipments within 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time your order is dispatched. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there may be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided to your registered email ID.
Please note: A 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. Failure to receive the OTP may result in non-delivery of the package, which is beyond our control and may incur additional charges if the package returns to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Gemmecart offers free shipping for all prepaid orders above 499 within India. A shipping charge of ₹59 is applicable for all prepaid orders below 299.
A shipping charge/cash-handling charge of ₹49 is applicable for all COD orders within India.

SHIPPING CHARGES
International Shipping:
International shipping charges are based on the weight of the products in your order and will be automatically added to your cart at checkout. Our shipping charges are on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
All product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales tax levied by your country. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in your order being held at the customs department or returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will not refund the shipping charges if the order returns to us and will deduct the charges for the return.
